Online quoting and product configurators.
We build custom quoting software for companies: a web-based quoting tool where your customer builds what they need, your team quotes it, and the quote goes out as a branded PDF, all from the same system. Your product rules live in the software, not in one salesperson's head.

01 What we build
From catalog to signed quote, with no spreadsheets in between.
A custom quoting tool starts from how you sell today: your price lists, your customer and volume discounts, your valid combinations and your quote format. All of it becomes rules inside the system, and every quote comes out the same no matter who prepares it.
When the product is configured (a machine, a piece of equipment, a bundle whose options depend on each other), the configurator only lets people build what can actually be made or supplied. The quote comes from the same record, so nothing is keyed in twice.
Follow-up lives in the same place: every quote has its number, its status and its history, and leadership sees the pipeline without asking anyone for a report.

When it fits
If you recognize your operation in any of these, it is worth a conversation.

A keying error has already cost you an order or a margin.
Your product has options that depend on each other.
Nobody knows, without asking, how many quotes are still open.

How we work
Discovery
We learn how you sell, quote, operate and serve today. Over video, or in person if you are in Querétaro or the Bajío.
A staged proposal
We tell you what we would build first, why, and with what scope. Every stage ends in something people use.
Design and build
The person who understood your operation designs the screens and writes the code. Nothing lost in translation.
In production
Each stage goes live with real users. The code, the data and the accounts are in your company's name.
Quoting tools for companies in Querétaro, the Bajío and across Mexico
A quoting tool is designed by looking at how you quote today: the official price list, the versions of the Excel file and the discounts each salesperson applies from memory. If your company is in Querétaro or the Bajío, that first session can happen at your office, with your sales team at the table.
Zebretaro, a Zebra equipment distributor in the Bajío, used to quote over WhatsApp, phone and email against a catalog in Excel. Today its customers build their request on the site, and an advisor sends the formal PDF from the same record.
With companies elsewhere in Mexico we work remotely, with the same process: discovery by video call, a proposal in stages and a first stage in production. The quoting tool runs in the browser, so your team can try it wherever they are.

Frequently asked questions
What is a quoting system, and how is it different from quoting in Excel?
It is one source of prices and rules your whole team uses at the same time: the catalog, the discounts, the valid combinations and the quote format, with a number and a history for every quote. In Excel every salesperson has their own copy, and the rules live in the head of whoever is quoting. The system is not a nicer spreadsheet: it is what stops anyone quoting last month's price.
How is this different from off-the-shelf quoting software, or the quotes in HubSpot or Odoo?
Off-the-shelf software gives you a quote template; a custom one knows how your product is sold. If you sell products without options and your prices are a list with simple discounts, an off-the-shelf tool is probably enough, and cheaper: try it first. If your prices, discounts or combinations follow rules of their own, a generic tool makes you handle them by hand, which is exactly the problem you want gone.
What is a product configurator, and who needs one?
It is where a product with interdependent options gets built: a machine, a piece of equipment, a bundle. Valid combinations live as rules, so nobody builds or quotes something that cannot be made or supplied. You need one if you sell configurable products and today depend on a salesperson remembering what goes with what. That is how the Kit Machinery configurator works.
How much does a quoting tool or product configurator cost?
We do not publish prices, because a quoting tool with three rules and one with three hundred do not cost the same. What moves the cost most: how many rules your product has, how many price lists and discounts you manage, whether your customers quote on the site themselves, whether the quote goes on to credit or a contract, and which systems it connects to. After a first call we give you a range, and the proposal comes in stages.
How long until the quoting tool is working?
As long as the first stage takes, and we scope it to go live soon: one product line or one team quoting in the system while everyone else stays on Excel. Once that stage works, the rest follows. The schedule for each stage is in the proposal.
Can the quote come out as a PDF with our branding?
Yes. The quoting tool produces the formal document with your branding, your terms and its own number, from the same record your team sees.
Can my customers build a quote on the site themselves?
Yes, if it suits you: the customer builds a request from the catalog and it reaches your team with its own number, so an advisor can review it, adjust it and send it. That is how the Zebretaro catalog works.
Can my team quote from a phone?
Yes. It is a web-based quoting tool: it opens in the browser, on a computer or a phone, so a salesperson on a visit can quote and send the PDF without going back to the office. Everyone signs in with their own account, and discounts have the limits you set.
Does it include CRM and sales follow-up?
If you need it, yes: every quote has a number, a status and a history, and leadership sees the pipeline without asking for reports. It can stop there or grow into credit approval and contracts on the same record, as at Kit Machinery.
Can the quote flow into my ERP or invoicing?
When your ERP allows a connection (an API, an export or a file), the approved quote passes its data along, so the order or the invoice is never keyed in again. Electronic invoicing (CFDI) stays where it already works. We check it during discovery, before promising anything.
Do I own the code and the data?
Yes. On delivery, the code, the database and the service accounts are in your company's name. If you decide to work with someone else tomorrow, you take all of it with you.
Do you only work in Querétaro?
We are based in Querétaro. We meet in person across the metro area and the Bajío: San Juan del Río, Celaya, León, Irapuato, San Luis Potosí and Aguascalientes. With companies elsewhere in Mexico, and with anyone who prefers to work in English, we work remotely.
Who will work on my project?
Iñaki Zamores, the founder, designs and engineers every platform. The person who understands your business is the one who writes the code, with nobody in between.
What happens after launch?
We stay with you on a monthly engagement for as long as your company wants, and we recommend it: a system used every day needs someone who knows it. It covers hosting and the database, support for your team, improvements and updates to the site or the system, and the adjustments that legal changes (privacy, invoicing) or security call for. Larger new features are proposed as one more stage, with their own scope. Everything stays in your company's name: you keep working with us because it suits you, not because you depend on us.
