Brand identity and logo design for companies.

We design brand identities and logos for companies in Querétaro and across Mexico: the logo and its versions, the color palette, the typography and the brand guidelines. All of it is built to work the same on your stationery, your social media, your website and your software, because every piece comes from the same rules.

What we build

Your brand written as rules, so it looks the same everywhere.

A brand identity is more than a logo: it is the logo, the color palette, the typography, the way you write and the rules that say how they work together. We start with how your brand reads today: what is worth keeping, how your competitors look, what sets you apart and what a customer who does not know you yet has to understand. That gives the voice, the values and the messages, and the name if you need one.

Then we design or redesign the logo with every version it needs: full, symbol, monogram, one for small sizes and the favicon. Colors are chosen with contrast that passes accessibility checks, on screen and in print, and the typography is picked to read just as well in a document, on a phone and in an ad. Iconography and the direction for illustration and photography come with it.

All of it goes into brand guidelines, as a PDF and as a living web page, and into design tokens your website and your software use directly. Because we are an engineering studio, the pieces (business cards, email signatures, quote and invoice templates, presentations, social covers, share images) are generated by code from the same rules. That is why the brand looks the same in an email, in the CRM, on a small screen and on a banner.

What changes in your operation

  • A brand people recognize the same on paper, on screen and in your software
  • Vendors and your team working from the same rules and the same files
  • New pieces that come out of the rules, with nothing redrawn

Sound familiar?

If you recognize your operation in any of these, it is worth a conversation.

  • Your logo looks blurry on a phone or cannot be read at small sizes.

  • Every vendor uses a different version of your logo and colors.

  • Your brand no longer looks like the company you are today.

  • You are launching a company, a line or a product with no name or look yet.

From first call to production

Every stage ends in something your team uses.

  1. Discovery

We learn how you sell, quote, operate and serve today.

  2. A staged proposal

What we would build first, why, and with what scope.

  3. Design and build

The same person designs the screens and writes the code.

  4. In production

Each stage goes live with real users.

How we quote

  1. A call first

  2. A range before any proposal

  3. A proposal in stages

The code, the data and the accounts stay in your company's name.

Brand identity for companies in Querétaro, the Bajío and across Mexico

A brand is designed better when the business is understood: how you present yourself today, which pieces you use and who produces them.

If your company is in Querétaro or the Bajío, the first session can happen at your office or your plant, with the business cards, uniforms, vehicles and signage in view.

Proposals are reviewed applied to your real material: your website, your quote, your social media, your stationery. That way you decide by seeing the brand in use, not on an isolated board.

With companies elsewhere in Mexico, and with those who prefer to work in English, we work remotely with the same process: discovery by video call, a proposal in stages and a first stage you can already use.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a brand identity and a logo?

The logo is one piece; the brand identity is the whole system: logo, color palette, typography, iconography, tone of voice and the rules for how they combine. A logo on its own only solves the signature. An identity solves how a quote, a post or a van should look without anyone having to guess.

What do brand guidelines include?

The logo versions and where to use each one, the clear space around it and its minimum size, the palette with its codes for screen and print, the typography, the iconography, the photography and illustration direction, the tone of voice and applied examples. We deliver them as a PDF and as a living web page that is updated when the brand changes and that any vendor can check.

Can you redesign my logo without my customers losing track of it?

Yes. Discovery starts by identifying what your customers already recognize (a shape, a color, a letter), and the redesign keeps it while fixing what fails: a logo that cannot be read small, does not work in one color or looks dated. An evolution like that changes what it must and does not throw away what you have already earned.

Why not a logo made in Canva or with AI?

If you are just starting and need something by tomorrow, it may be enough. What it does not give you is a system: versions for every size, colors that pass contrast checks, clean vector files, usage rules and the certainty that the design is yours and does not look like another company's. That is what you need once the brand starts being printed, put on vehicles and used in software.

How much does a brand identity or a logo cost?

We do not publish prices, because a logo for a company that is just starting and a full identity applied to vehicles, packaging and software have little in common. What moves the cost most: whether we start from scratch or redesign, whether strategy or naming is needed, how many pieces are applied (stationery, social media, signage, uniforms, packaging) and whether the brand goes into your website and software. After a first call we give you a range, and the proposal comes in stages.

How long until we have the new brand?

As long as the first stage takes, and we scope it to be ready soon: the logo, the palette and the typography ready to use while the other pieces are applied. Once that stage is approved, the full guidelines and the applications follow. The schedule for each stage is in the proposal.

How many logo proposals do you present?

As many as it takes to decide well, not a catalog to pick from at random. First we present a few distinct directions, each with its reasoning and applied to your real material. You choose one, and we refine it with you until it works at every size and on every piece.

Will my brand colors be accessible?

Yes. Every text and background combination is checked against the contrast the web accessibility guidelines (WCAG) ask for, so your website, your documents and your software read well, including for people with low vision. Every color also gets its print equivalent, so the business card and the screen match.

Which files do we receive?

Everything in the formats you will be asked for: vector (SVG, PDF and the editable format), PNG in several sizes, full color, one color and reversed versions, a favicon and icons for social media and apps. Also the stationery, email signature, presentation and social templates, and the design tokens for your website and software. If it helps, the logo also comes animated, for videos and social media.

Do we own the logo and its rights?

Yes. When the project closes we assign you in writing all the rights to the logo and to the pieces we designed for you, along with the source files. If a typeface needs a license, we tell you before choosing it and the license is in your name. Registering the trademark with IMPI is a separate filing, and the files it asks for come from the same package.

Can you apply the brand to our website and software?

Yes, and this is where being an engineering studio shows most. The brand also comes out as design tokens (colors, typography, spacing) your website, CRM or portal use directly, and PDF quotes, automatic emails and share images are generated by code from the same rules. It is built to work inside email clients and on small screens, not just in a presentation.

Can you help us choose a name?

Yes. We propose names from the strategy, check that the domain and social handles are available and tell you which ones are worth a formal trademark search before you decide. The search and the IMPI filing are done by whoever you choose, and the name is designed with its logo already in mind.

Do I own the code and the data?

Yes. On delivery, the code, the database and the service accounts are in your company's name. If you decide to work with someone else tomorrow, you take all of it with you.

Do you only work in Querétaro?

We are based in Querétaro. We meet in person across the metro area and the Bajío: San Juan del Río, Celaya, León, Irapuato, San Luis Potosí and Aguascalientes. With companies elsewhere in Mexico, and with anyone who prefers to work in English, we work remotely.

Who will work on my project?

Iñaki Zamores, the founder, designs and engineers every platform. The person who understands your business is the one who writes the code, with nobody in between.

What happens after launch?

We stay with you on a monthly engagement for as long as your company wants, and we recommend it: a system used every day needs someone who knows it. It covers hosting and the database, support for your team, improvements and updates to the site or the system, and the adjustments that legal changes (privacy, invoicing) or security call for. Larger new features are proposed as one more stage, with their own scope. Everything stays in your company's name: you keep working with us because it suits you, not because you depend on us.
