Custom software built around your operation.
We are a software development company in Querétaro. We design and build your company's internal system: CRM, inventory, contracts, approvals and reporting, with role-based access, for companies across Mexico.

01 What we build
The system you run the business on every day, with role-based access.
Custom software makes sense when the way you operate is part of what makes you competitive, and a generic system would force you to change it. We start by understanding how you sell, buy, fulfil and collect: the software follows the business, not the other way round.
Every person signs in with their role and sees only what is theirs: sales, credit, warehouse, service, leadership. Everyone works from the same data, so the month-end report stops depending on stitching five files together.
It is built in stages. The first module goes into production with real people using it, and the next one is decided with what the first one taught us.
02 What we deliver
- Role-based back office
- Inventory
- Contracts
- Approval flows
- Reporting
What changes in your operation
- Sales, finance and operations work from the same data
- Traceability of who did what, and when
When it fits
If you recognize your operation in any of these, it is worth a conversation.
The operation depends on Excel files only one person understands.
Your ERP does not cover a key process, so it happens outside of it.
Nobody can say, without asking, where an order stands.
Every month-end close starts by reconciling data that does not match.
Where we have built it
Kit Machinery
Credit, contracts, a machine registry and role-based access for a machinery manufacturer
Zebretaro
A real-time admin panel for a distributor's team
MenuFacil
A panel per restaurant, staff accounts and recurring billing
How we work
Discovery
We learn how you sell, quote, operate and serve today. Over video, or in person if you are in Querétaro or the Bajío.
A staged proposal
We tell you what we would build first, why, and with what scope. Every stage ends in something people use.
Design and build
The person who understood your operation designs the screens and writes the code. Nothing lost in translation.
In production
Each stage goes live with real users. The code, the data and the accounts are in your company's name.
Custom software for companies in Querétaro and the Bajío
An internal system is best understood where it is used. If your company is in Querétaro, Corregidora, El Marqués or San Juan del Río, discovery can happen at your offices, your plant or your warehouse: we see how an order is entered, who approves it and where it gets stuck, before proposing a single screen.
Across the rest of the Bajío (Celaya, Irapuato, León, Aguascalientes and San Luis Potosí) it works the same way: the kickoff and the meetings that call for it can be in person, and the day-to-day work continues by video call, email or WhatsApp.
With companies elsewhere in Mexico we work remotely, with the same process: discovery by video call, a proposal in stages and every stage in production with your team. In any city, the code, the database and the accounts are in your company's name.

Frequently asked questions
What is custom software, or bespoke software?
It is a system designed and built around how your company operates, instead of bending your company to fit generic software. It is also called bespoke or tailor-made software. It makes sense when one of your processes (how you sell, approve, fulfil or service) is part of what makes you competitive and today lives in Excel or outside your system.
How much does custom software cost, and what drives it?
We do not publish prices, because two custom systems can have nothing in common. What drives the cost: how many processes and roles go into the first stage, how many business rules need modelling (pricing, approvals, exceptions), how many systems it has to connect to and how much data has to be migrated. After a first call we give you a range, and the proposal comes in stages, each with its own scope.
How long does it take to build a custom system?
As long as the first stage takes, and we design it to go live soon: a module your team uses, not a year of work before you see anything. What stretches a project most is integrations with other systems and cleaning up the data to migrate, which is why both are reviewed during discovery. The schedule for each stage is in the proposal.
Wouldn't an ERP like SAP Business One, Odoo or NetSuite suit me better?
Sometimes, and we will say so. An off-the-shelf ERP handles accounting, invoicing and standard inventory well. Custom software is for what the ERP does not cover: your sales rules, your approvals, your after-sales. Often the answer is both, each doing its own job.
Can you build a custom CRM, ERP or inventory system?
Yes, when the process justifies it. A custom CRM makes sense if the way you sell and follow up does not fit an off-the-shelf one. A custom inventory system, if your inventory follows rules of its own: serial numbers, units sold, spare parts. A full ERP, almost never: accounting, invoicing and payroll are best left to an off-the-shelf ERP, with custom software built for what that ERP does not cover.
Can it connect to the system I already use?
When that system allows it (an API, an export or a file), yes. We check during discovery, before promising anything.
Can custom software issue electronic invoices (CFDI)?
It can, by connecting to your invoicing provider or your ERP. The sensible choice is usually to leave invoicing where it already works and have the system send it each sale's data, so nobody keys it in again. How direct that connection can be depends on what your provider allows, and we check it during discovery.
What happens to the data I already have?
It is migrated as part of the project: we look at what is in your files or your current system, what is worth keeping and how it enters the new one. The migration is planned in the proposal, not improvised at the end.
What do I need to get started?
A conversation about how you operate today, even if it is messy: which processes you want to put in order, who runs them and where they live (Excel, WhatsApp, your ERP). If you have the files, forms or reports your team uses, share them: they say more than any specification. With that we tell you what we would build first, and why.
Do I own the code and the data?
Yes. On delivery, the code, the database and the service accounts are in your company's name. If you decide to work with someone else tomorrow, you take all of it with you.
Do you only work in Querétaro?
We are based in Querétaro. We meet in person across the metro area and the Bajío: San Juan del Río, Celaya, León, Irapuato, San Luis Potosí and Aguascalientes. With companies elsewhere in Mexico, and with anyone who prefers to work in English, we work remotely.
Who will work on my project?
Iñaki Zamores, the founder, designs and engineers every platform. The person who understands your business is the one who writes the code, with nobody in between.
What happens after launch?
We stay with you on a monthly engagement for as long as your company wants, and we recommend it: a system used every day needs someone who knows it. It covers hosting and the database, support for your team, improvements and updates to the site or the system, and the adjustments that legal changes (privacy, invoicing) or security call for. Larger new features are proposed as one more stage, with their own scope. Everything stays in your company's name: you keep working with us because it suits you, not because you depend on us.
