Who is responsible for your data
EDGAR IÑAKI ZAMORES RIVERA, an individual doing business as Gridarco, whose address is Sendero de la Fortuna S/N, Fraccionamiento Milenio III, C.P. 76060, Querétaro, Querétaro, México, is responsible for the personal data you share with us through this site, by email, on WhatsApp or by phone. He handles anything related to your data himself at hola@gridarco.com.
What data we collect
What you give us in the contact form, the chat, by email or on WhatsApp: name, email and, if you choose to include them, company, phone, project type, estimated scope and the content of your messages. Browsing also records technical data: pages visited, browser and device type, cookie identifiers and where your visit came from, including the campaign parameters and the click identifier of the ad that brought you. We do not store your IP address in our database: only codes derived from it, used to prevent abuse of the form and the chat and to count visits. If you write to us, we store with your message the identifier Google Analytics gave your visit. We do not ask for sensitive or financial personal data. This site is aimed at businesses, not at minors.
What we use it for
Necessary purposes: replying to your message, preparing a proposal and following up on the business relationship. Secondary purposes: measuring how the site is used and which campaigns work, and showing Gridarco ads on Google and Meta to people who visited the site. You can opt out of the secondary purposes at any time, as explained below, without it affecting how we serve you. We do not sell or rent your data.
Measurement, advertising and cookies
We use Google Analytics, Google Ads, the Meta pixel and the site's own statistics. In Mexico and outside Europe they switch on when you arrive and we tell you so at that moment with a visible notice; you can decline them from that notice or, whenever you like, under “Measurement preferences” at the foot of every page. In Europe they only switch on if you accept. When you send the contact form, and unless you have declined measurement, Google and Meta receive your email and phone turned into a code (a hash) to match your message to the ad that brought you. Our own statistics use no cookies: they record which pages and buttons are used, which channel or campaign the visit came from, the device type and the country, and count each visitor once a day with a code generated from their IP address and browser, which changes every day and does not let us identify them or follow them from one day to the next. In Google Analytics we have Google signals switched on: Google may match visits with the accounts of people who are signed in to Google and have accepted ad personalization, to give us aggregate reports on demographics and interests and lists for showing ads; it never tells us who anyone is. Besides cookies, the site keeps in your browser (local storage) your measurement choice, where your visit came from and, if you use the chat, the conversation, so it is still there when you come back. Our hosting provider and its security network use technical cookies needed to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, and may record technical visit data to run the service. If you decline measurement after accepting it, we stop sending data and counting your visits, but cookies already stored stay in your browser until you delete them. You can also turn off personalized ads at myadcenter.google.com and in your Meta account's ad settings, or block cookies in your browser.
The site's chat
Chat conversations are processed by an artificial-intelligence provider to generate the replies, and are stored so Iñaki can read them and follow up. Do not write anything in the chat that you do not want to share with us.
Who we share data with
With the providers that help us run the site (hosting, database, email delivery and chat processing), who handle it only on our behalf and to provide that service to us. We also transfer to Google and Meta the browsing data and, when you send the form, your email and phone turned into a code (a hash); and to Google, how your inquiry progresses (for example, whether we qualify it or it becomes a project, and its value), tied to your visit's identifier and without your name, email or phone. All of it for the measurement and advertising purposes described above; they also handle it under their own privacy policies. If you do not decline this transfer from the measurement notice or under “Measurement preferences”, we take it that you accept it. Some of these providers operate outside Mexico, so your data may be stored or processed in other countries. We share your data with no one else, unless an authority requires it under the law.
Where your visit came from
If you arrive from a campaign, we store where that visit came from and attach it to your message so we know which channel worked; if you write to us on WhatsApp from the site, the message includes a short reference to that campaign. As your inquiry progresses (we contact you, qualify it, it becomes a project or it is closed), we report that progress to Google Analytics with your visit's identifier, to learn which campaigns bring clients and not just messages. We do not combine it with data from other sites. Google and Meta may match it with your account data on their services, as explained above.
How long we keep your data
We keep your data for as long as our business relationship lasts. If we do not end up working together, we delete it 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. The site's own statistics are deleted after 24 months, and Google Analytics keeps data tied to identifiers for 14 months.
Your rights and how to withdraw consent
You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, withdraw your consent or limit its use by writing to hola@gridarco.com. Iñaki Zamores handles these requests. Include your name, the email where you want the reply, which data and which right your request is about, and an ID showing you are the data subject (or the legal representation of whoever acts for you). If anything is missing, we will ask for it once. We will reply within 20 days and, if the request is granted, carry it out within the following 15 days; these deadlines may be extended once by the same period when the case justifies it, as set by Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. We will deliver your data as an electronic copy by email, free of charge. If you are not satisfied with the reply, you can go to Mexico's Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno.
