Digital consulting, processes and team structure.
We help companies sort out how they work before they spend on systems: we map your processes, clarify roles and responsibilities, review your tools and leave you a plan in stages. It is process consulting from people who also write the code, so the plan can actually be built.

What we build
First we sort out who does what, and with which tool. Then you decide what to build.
We start from what really happens, not from the manual: how an order comes in, who approves it, where it stops and which file it ends up in. We talk to the people who do the work and draw it, so leadership sees its whole operation on one sheet.

The decisions come from there: which role answers for each step, how work is split between areas, which tool stays, which is surplus and what is worth building. When the team's structure is part of the problem, we propose how to arrange it around the processes.
We hand you a plan in stages, with the reason for each one. You can carry it out with your team, another vendor or us. We go as far as the operation goes: employment contracts, payroll, legal and accounting matters stay with your specialists.

Sound familiar?
If you recognize your operation in any of these, it is worth a conversation.
Every area works its own way and nobody sees the whole process.
You pay for tools that do not talk to each other.
You know something has to change, but not where to start.
Everything goes through one person, and when they are away it stops.
From first call to production
Every stage ends in something your team uses.

If your company is in Querétaro or the Bajío, the review can happen at your offices, plant or warehouse, with the people who do the work.
With companies elsewhere in Mexico we work remotely, with the same process: interviews by video call, a shared map and a plan in stages.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to build with you after the consulting?
No. The plan is yours, and you can carry it out with your team or another vendor. If you want us to build it, we already know your operation and go straight into the first stage.
How far do you go with the company's structure?
As far as the operation goes: which role answers for each process, how work is split and how the team is arranged around that. Hiring, employment contracts and payroll stay with your people team or your advisers.
What do I get at the end?
The map of your processes, the roles and responsibilities, the review of your tools and a plan in stages with the reason for each one. All in writing and in your company's name.
Do you tell us which software to buy?
Yes. If an off-the-shelf tool solves the problem, we tell you and do not build it. Often the answer is to use what you already pay for, connect two things or build only what nothing else covers.
How is this different from a traditional consultant?
The person who reviews your operation also designs and writes the code. The plan says what can be built, in what order and at what scope, instead of a presentation nobody knows how to carry out.
How much does consulting cost?
We do not publish prices, because reviewing one process and reviewing a company with several areas and branches do not cost the same. What moves the cost most: how many areas go in and how many people we need to talk to. After a first call we give you a range.
How long does it take?
It depends on how many areas go in. The scope and schedule are agreed in the proposal, and it can start with a single process.
Do I own the code and the data?
Yes. On delivery, the code, the database and the service accounts are in your company's name. If you decide to work with someone else tomorrow, you take all of it with you.
Do you only work in Querétaro?
We are based in Querétaro. We meet in person across the metro area and the Bajío: San Juan del Río, Celaya, León, Irapuato, San Luis Potosí and Aguascalientes. With companies elsewhere in Mexico, and with anyone who prefers to work in English, we work remotely.
Who will work on my project?
Iñaki Zamores, the founder, designs and engineers every platform. The person who understands your business is the one who writes the code, with nobody in between.
What happens after launch?
We stay with you on a monthly engagement for as long as your company wants, and we recommend it: a system used every day needs someone who knows it. It covers hosting and the database, support for your team, improvements and updates to the site or the system, and the adjustments that legal changes (privacy, invoicing) or security call for. Larger new features are proposed as one more stage, with their own scope. Everything stays in your company's name: you keep working with us because it suits you, not because you depend on us.
