B2B customer and dealer portals, built to fit.
A B2B portal or platform where your customer or dealer signs in, sees their own prices, places orders online and follows up on what they bought from you: service, warranty and spare parts. Your team handles all of it from the same record.

01 What we build
After-sales in a portal: your customer looks things up, asks and reorders without calling anyone.
Most customer portals are a window for downloading invoices. A custom one starts from what your customers actually ask you: what they bought, where their order stands, when their warranty expires, what the spare part costs.
Everything hangs on what you sold: the machine, the equipment or the order. Its warranty, its services and its spare parts come from that record, and it is the same record your team sees when they help.
It can serve end customers or your dealer network, with different prices, permissions and catalogs for each account.

How we work
Discovery
We learn how you sell, quote, operate and serve today. Over video, or in person if you are in Querétaro or the Bajío.
A staged proposal
We tell you what we would build first, why, and with what scope. Every stage ends in something people use.
Design and build
The person who understood your operation designs the screens and writes the code. Nothing lost in translation.
In production
Each stage goes live with real users. The code, the data and the accounts are in your company's name.
Customer portals for companies in Querétaro, the Bajío and across Mexico
A portal is designed from what your customers ask you every day. That is why discovery starts with whoever serves them: sales, service or after-sales. Which calls repeat, what gets answered on WhatsApp, what is tracked in a separate spreadsheet. If your company is in Querétaro or the Bajío, that session can be in person, where your customers are served.
Your customers and your dealer network can be anywhere in the country, and so can the portal: it opens in the browser, with each one's own account. Your team serves them from the same record, whatever city each of them is in.
With companies elsewhere in Mexico we work remotely, with the same process: discovery by video call, a proposal in stages and a first stage in production with real customers.

Frequently asked questions
What is a B2B customer portal?
It is a private site where every company that buys from you signs in with its own account: it sees what it bought, where its orders stand, its warranties and its spare parts, and reorders without calling. It is B2B because your customer is another company, with its own prices and terms, not a consumer in an online store.
What can a B2B platform for my customers include?
Whatever your customers ask you for today by phone, email or WhatsApp: purchase history, order status, reorders, bookings and service requests, warranty and spare parts. At Kit Machinery everything hangs on the machine that was sold: the customer signs in and sees their equipment with its warranty, its service and its spare parts.
How is it different from B2B ecommerce or an online store?
An online store is built for anyone to pay by card. A B2B portal starts from a relationship that already exists: per-customer prices, credit, history and after-sales. It can include orders and reorders, but many companies do not buy with a cart and a card. At Zebretaro, for one, there is no checkout: the sale closes with a quote, because that is how a company buys.
Does it work as a dealer portal?
Yes. Each dealer signs in with their own account and looks up their price list, their catalog and their orders, instead of asking you by email. You decide what each one sees and what they can do: order, register a warranty or request a spare part.
Can different customers or dealers see different prices?
Yes. Every account can have its own price list, catalog and permissions. It is one of the reasons to build it custom.
Does each customer see only their own information?
Yes. Every account sees only what is its own, and access to each record is decided by role on the server, not just on the screen. Your team sees every customer according to its role: sales, service or leadership.
Do my customers have to install anything?
No. The portal opens in the browser, on a computer or a phone, with their own account.
Does it connect to my ERP or my invoicing?
When that system allows a connection (an API, an export or a file), yes: the portal can show the orders or invoices that live there, next to everything else. We check it during discovery. But a portal that only shows invoices saves few calls; the difference is in orders, warranty, service and spare parts.
How much does a customer portal cost?
We do not publish prices, because it depends on what the first stage solves. What drives the cost: how many kinds of account there are (end customers, dealers, your team), whether each has its own prices and catalogs, how much history has to be migrated and which systems it connects to. After a first call we give you a range, and the proposal comes in stages.
Can we start with only warranty, or only orders?
Yes, and that is what we recommend: a first stage that solves whatever generates the most calls, live as soon as possible, and the rest after.
Do I own the code and the data?
Yes. On delivery, the code, the database and the service accounts are in your company's name. If you decide to work with someone else tomorrow, you take all of it with you.
Do you only work in Querétaro?
We are based in Querétaro. We meet in person across the metro area and the Bajío: San Juan del Río, Celaya, León, Irapuato, San Luis Potosí and Aguascalientes. With companies elsewhere in Mexico, and with anyone who prefers to work in English, we work remotely.
Who will work on my project?
Iñaki Zamores, the founder, designs and engineers every platform. The person who understands your business is the one who writes the code, with nobody in between.
What happens after launch?
We stay with you on a monthly engagement for as long as your company wants, and we recommend it: a system used every day needs someone who knows it. It covers hosting and the database, support for your team, improvements and updates to the site or the system, and the adjustments that legal changes (privacy, invoicing) or security call for. Larger new features are proposed as one more stage, with their own scope. Everything stays in your company's name: you keep working with us because it suits you, not because you depend on us.
