Custom apps: if an app can do it, we can build it.

We build custom apps for anything an app can do: internal tools, inventory, scheduling, approvals, apps for technicians, kiosks or software connected to scanners and sensors. They run in the browser, on a phone or on a tablet, and connect to what you already use.

What we build

A tool made for what only your company does, on any screen.

We start from what the person using it does, not from a template. Whoever receives goods, books appointments or approves an expense, the customer filling in a request: each person gets screens with few steps, made for their work and the place they do it.

It runs on the screen you need: the browser, a phone, a fixed tablet or a kiosk. It also connects to physical equipment, such as a camera, a barcode reader, a label printer, a scale or a sensor. We write the software that ties them together. We do not manufacture the equipment.

The app does not stand alone. It connects to your ERP, your CRM, your e-mail or WhatsApp, alerts whoever has to act and, if needed, keeps working where there is no signal. Nobody keys in again what was already recorded.

What we deliver

  1. Internal tools
  2. Inventory and warehouse
  3. Scheduling and bookings
  4. Approval flows
  5. Forms and calculators
  6. Apps for field technicians
  7. Tablets and kiosks
  8. Scanners, scales and sensors
  9. Photo and signature evidence
  10. Offline work
  11. Connection to what you already use

What changes in your operation

  • The tool fits your company, not your company the tool
  • What is recorded on one screen reaches the others without being keyed in again

Sound familiar?

If you recognize your operation in any of these, it is worth a conversation.

  • An Excel file is doing something it was never meant to do.

  • You pay for three programs and none does what you need.

  • Alerts and approvals live on WhatsApp.

  • Your team works on its feet and your system only works sitting down.

From first call to production

Every stage ends in something your team uses.

  1. Discovery

We learn how you sell, quote, operate and serve today.

  2. A staged proposal

What we would build first, why, and with what scope.

  3. Design and build

The same person designs the screens and writes the code.

  4. In production

Each stage goes live with real users.

How we quote

  1. A call first

  2. A range before any proposal

  3. A proposal in stages

The code, the data and the accounts stay in your company's name.

If your company is in Querétaro or the Bajío, discovery can happen at your office, warehouse or plant: we see how the work is done today and where it gets stuck, before proposing a single screen.

With companies elsewhere in Mexico we work remotely, with the same process: discovery by video call, a proposal in stages and a first stage in production with real users.

Frequently asked questions

What kind of apps can you build?

Anything an app can do. Internal tools, inventory, scheduling and bookings, approvals, forms, calculators, apps for field technicians, kiosks, or something your company needs and nobody sells. If you are not sure it can be done, ask us.

Can you build an app for the warehouse to record inventory?

Yes. Your team logs stock in, out and transfers from a phone or terminal, scanning the barcode or QR code of each product or location. Every movement keeps its time and the person responsible, and inventory changes at that moment.

Do I have to buy special equipment?

Not always. Many apps work on a phone or a computer. If the app needs scanners, label printers, scales or sensors, we connect them when the equipment offers a way to do it, and we tell you what is worth buying. We do not make or sell the equipment.

Does it work without internet?

Yes, if you need it. The app stores what is recorded on the device and syncs it when the signal returns, which is common in large warehouses, plants and on routes.

Does it connect to what I already use?

When your system allows a connection (an API, an export or a file), yes: the app passes it the data without anyone keying it in again. If it does not, we look for the safest place to pass the data, or the app lives beside it.

Is it an App Store app?

It depends on your case. An installable web app is the most direct route and updates itself. If you need device features the browser does not offer, we build a native app for Android or iPhone.

How much does a custom app cost?

We do not publish prices, because a simple log and an app connected to your ERP, with offline work and several teams, do not cost the same. What moves the cost most: how many processes go in, what equipment connects and whether there is an integration. After a first call we give you a range, and the proposal comes in stages.

How long until it is working?

As long as the first stage takes, and we scope it to go live soon: one process working with real users. The schedule for each stage is in the proposal.

Do I own the code and the data?

Yes. On delivery, the code, the database and the service accounts are in your company's name. If you decide to work with someone else tomorrow, you take all of it with you.

Do you only work in Querétaro?

We are based in Querétaro. We meet in person across the metro area and the Bajío: San Juan del Río, Celaya, León, Irapuato, San Luis Potosí and Aguascalientes. With companies elsewhere in Mexico, and with anyone who prefers to work in English, we work remotely.

Who will work on my project?

Iñaki Zamores, the founder, designs and engineers every platform. The person who understands your business is the one who writes the code, with nobody in between.

What happens after launch?

We stay with you on a monthly engagement for as long as your company wants, and we recommend it: a system used every day needs someone who knows it. It covers hosting and the database, support for your team, improvements and updates to the site or the system, and the adjustments that legal changes (privacy, invoicing) or security call for. Larger new features are proposed as one more stage, with their own scope. Everything stays in your company's name: you keep working with us because it suits you, not because you depend on us.
